Our teams of fabric and garment technologists, pattern technologists, and our designers, have many years’ experience in the design of military clothing systems.

This experience and design skill is complemented by the highly technical uniform developments undertaken by our team, working on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence, over the past 16 years; during this period, our technology and innovation has led to huge improvements to the wearability, functionality and performance of clothing systems including Pilot Flight Equipment for the RAF.

Account Management & Customer Service

Regardless of how large or small your account may be, our policy at Cooneen is to appoint a dedicated Account Manager, Contract Manager, and Customer Service Manager to each individual client.

Your Account Manager will meet you regularly to discuss the performance of the contract, and keep you up to date with your project, every step of the way.

Your Contract Manager, will ensure the day-to-day management of the account runs smoothly, coordinating all of the many internal functions required for your project, such as forecasting, purchasing, product development, quality assurance, design, and logistics.

All of this ensures a consistent, proactive, and completely smooth service delivery, resulting in a seamless process that delivers exactly what you need, when you need it.

FR Coveralls

Cooneen has been designing and manufacturing aircrew clothing for over 16 years.

The FR Aircrew Coverall provides aircrew with full body protection against heat and flame, when worn in conjunction with the ensemble FR underwear layer.

With our in-house Design & Development Teams Cooneen can provide a bespoke FR Aircrew Coverall to meet the specific needs of Aircrew Personnel.

FACS – Future Aircrew Clothing System

For over 16 years Cooneen has been designing and manufacturing Aircrew Clothing Systems.

The FACS clothing system was originally designed for the Royal Air Force and is a layered clothing system which includes flame retardant underwear, mid thermal layer with FR protection, and outerwear in full camouflage print using inherent FR materials.

Aircrew Armoured Capable Life Preserver – NOVA C50

For almost two decades Cooneen has been designing and manufacturing Clothing Systems to Military Forces across the globe.

Adding to our range of Aviation products is the Aircrew Armour Capable Life Preserver, designed for Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing Transport Aircraft.

The Nova C50 has a range of important features;
