Cooneen Step Count Challenge

As part of Healthy Eating Week we have asked employees to get involved in the Cooneen Step Count Challenge

While encouraging a bit of fun into employees hectic work schedules, good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

Any employee interested in taking part has been asked to count their steps from Monday 10th through to Friday 14th with a prize on offer for the winner!
