The Cooneen design and development team is based across all our global locations. This ensures we are constantly up to speed with the very latest in fabric technology and design, in manufacturing techniques, and innovations in the militarily and police markets.
With innovation being one of our core business values, we are continually investing in product development projects which are aimed at providing more durable, longer lasting, and better value garments for our customers.
Our teams of fabric and garment technologists, our pattern technologists, and our designers, all have many years’ experience in the design of military and police uniform.
This experience and design skill is complemented by the highly technical uniform developments undertaken by our team, working on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence, over the past 15 years; during this period, our technology and innovation has led to huge improvements to the wearability, functionality and performance of uniform garments.
Regardless of how large or small your account may be, our policy at Cooneen is to appoint a dedicated Account Manager, Contract Manager, and Customer Service Manager to each individual client.
Your Account Manager will meet you regularly to discuss the performance of the contract, and keep you up to date with your project, every step of the way.
Your Contract Manager, will ensure the day-to-day management of the account runs smoothly, coordinating all of the many internal functions required for your project, such as forecasting, purchasing, product development, quality assurance, design, and logistics.
All of this ensures a consistent, proactive, and completely smooth service delivery, resulting in a seamless process that delivers exactly what you need, when you need it.
Our success is built on the foundation of excellent customer service at every touch-point of our business process.
So, although many businesses may claim to deliver excellent customer service, the difference with us is that it’s an essential part of who we are and what we do, and it always has been.
Our team is recognised by our customers, for providing excellent customer service, and we have many years’ experience in the provision of a complete uniform ‘Help Desk’ facility.
But ultimately, because excellence in customer service is something that we pride ourselves on, you can be sure our customer service team will always go the extra mile for you.
Knowing that products are manufactured to the very highest quality standards possible, in factories that comply fully with rigorous ethical standards, is as important to us as it is to you.
That’s why we have highly experienced sourcing and technical teams, working at our manufacturing facilities in Europe, the Far East, and the UK, managing the production and supply of over 13 million garments per year on behalf of Cooneen’s customers, including UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), Police Forces, and a host of private sector organisations.
Finally, all our manufacturing partners are subject to incredibly strict, robust and routine audits, carried out by our internal audit teams based in our overseas Global Sourcing Offices.
