My role within Cooneen is fast paced, exciting and communication driven. Each day involves working closely with a number of Cooneen internal departments, my own team, and daily contact with our valued clients. It is a great feeling to know my role strengthens our Company and client relationships, and to be involved in continued supply of body armour and other protective equipment to clients around the world.
My role in Cooneen is very diverse but ultimately it is about managing relationships between the business and our customers. I love the interaction with our customers and knowing I am having an impact on driving the business forward.

We have an enthusiastic, passionate and highly skilled sales and customer service function operating throughout our global network. The role of this business function is to meet clients, build relationships, and maintain high quality standards of excellent with all our existing customers.
Our supply chain team works with factories and suppliers, based in hundreds of different locations, to ensure that we get the best product and quality for all our customers. In line with our company values, and as part of our CSR commitment, here at Cooneen we play an active role in supporting the communities in which our factories and suppliers are based, by contributing to local charities and the work they do.
Our own in-house production teams work directly with our customers and suppliers, to achieve outstanding products that meet their exact and precise requirements. This team’s attention to detail is critical in ensuring that quality products arrive to our customers on time, in perfect condition, and at the best possible price.
This team are based at our headquarters in Northern Ireland and work with all areas of the Cooneen group, right across the various different business divisions.
The warehouse and logistics team have the daily challenge of coordinating the delivery and storage of product for our customers.
Our design and development teams are responsible for designing and testing new products / new product concepts, in an ever evolving market. They work very closely with select Universities and Centres of Excellence in order to continually strive to have the best and most successful products on the market.
